Therapy
Our therapy sessions are billed at $224* per 50 minute session. Fees are payable at the time of consultation. No referral is required to attend psychology sessions.
National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) clients are billed at $232.99 per 50 minute session. Please note that we only see plan- or self-managed NDIS clients. ICWA session are $232.85 per 50 minute session
Fees are guided by the Australian Psychological Society (APS) recommended rates, which are presently set at $318. We aim to keep fees below this rate to ensure accessibility.
* Provisional psychology services can be accessed at a discounted rate of $90 per 50 minute session.
Assessment
Assessment session duration can vary depending on what assessment(s) are being administered and each person's individual circumstances.
Intake and feedback sessions are usually 45 to 50 minutes and are billed at our standard therapy session rate. Assessment sessions are longer, typically running for 90 to 120 minutes. Our assessment process is completed in three stages: intake, assessment, and feedback, to ensure the experience is thorough, supportive, and easy to follow.
Assessments fees vary based on the type of assessment. Our current fees* are:

50 minute Consultation Appointment (for clients who are unsure whether to proceed with a full assessment or require guidance on which assessment would be best for them): $224**
*Cognitive assessments in WA are typically not eligible for rebate under Medicare or Private Health Insurance.
**If you proceed with an assessment, cost of the initial consultation will be discounted from the total assessment fee.
Cancellations
Please advise us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an appointment as there are often other clients waiting for appointments who would greatly appreciate the opportunity to use your appointment time.
Cancellation fees apply for cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice.
No-shows/non-attendance or cancellations within 24 hours will be charged at the full rate.
Rebates
Clients with a valid Mental Health Care Plan (issued by a GP) or Better Access referral (issued by a Psychiatrist) are eligible for a Medicare rebate of $98.95* per session for up to 10 sessions per calendar year.
Rebates will be processed at the time of payment. Alternatively, clients will be emailed a receipt and may be eligible to claim a rebate directly from their Private Health Insurance provider.
We are also able to see clients who are funded by an Employee Assistance Program with a self-chosen provider arrangement.
