Karyn integrates a range of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), to facilitate this journey.

Carley brings a warm, friendly and curious approach to her work and enjoys building meaningful relationships with each of her clients. Using a strengths-based approach, Carley aims to support individuals and families to strengthen relationships, manage emotions, and make positive changes to reach their goals. Carley is passionate about empowering individuals to develop the skills they need to become resilient, confident and happy individuals. Carley works with children (6 years +), young people and adults from a diverse range of backgrounds.
